Pricing

Our pricing structure is designed to address different types of needs depending on what our customer preference is. We offer services as a package as well as a la carte.

Packaged Offerings:

These including everything in the realm of accounting. Transactions entries (AP, AR, GL), month-end close processes. Financial reporting; looking at budget vs actuals and help our customers understand the key drivers of variances. Full scale budgeting. We at Kaiser Group essentially offer a package of accounting and financial analysis at one flat monthly rate. We also do payroll setup and consultation but this is priced separately depending on the number of employees.

A la Carte Offering. Please refer to the Services page to see a list of our offerings. 

Packaged Offering start as low as $3,500 a month, depending on the size of the business.

A la Carte Offering are priced at $60/hour for transactional accounting services and $100 an hour for analytical services. These include but are not limited to budgeting, forecasting, audit, indirect rate modeling, project control, pricing, financial statement review and analysis, monthly operation reviews calls etc. 

The rates for training are negotiable, depending on clients' needs.

We currently support the following accounting/ERP systems: QuickBooks, Unanet, and Deltek Costpoint.
